I uploaded this show http://www.archive.org/details/nm2006-05-04.flac and when I checked out all the files were there both in my FTP client window and in the checkout yet track 1 and 4 from disc 2 are missing, people have already started downloading this incomplete show. Where are the missing tracks?

Edit Item > Item Manager > checkout > follow the instructions.

This will allow you to add more files (no admin help needed). If you search for checkout, you will probably find a few threads with more detailed instructions.

Hi Brad,
I followed the directions and re-compiled the show but it's still not showing me the missing tracks. It may be easier at this point to delete this entry and I'll try again.

Since the now added files don't compile to mp3 and the show still appears as if it's incomplete I'd like to have it removed from the archive and I will freshly re-upload it.
The show in question is http://www.archive.org/details/nm2006-05-04.flac
Thanks in Advance...

Please no, it is not a sensible aproach to have a total do-over reupload (requiring a separate identifier) in this case! It's only going to cause confusion. Let's polish what you already have.

The 2 formerly missing files are now there on the page- they made it into the item. Your files presumably all just need a rederive (and possible a new auto-ffp generation, which may even happen with a rederive) and all will be well. After a rederive they will all have lossies and I'm guessing they will all sort correctly then too?

I don't have stepwise tips for the rederive operation, but I think Brad does?
